摘要
在传统农业向现代化农业转变的过程中,生态农企通过与贫困农户签订利益联结协议方式助推农户增收。但传统的"生态农企+农户""生态农企+合作社+农户"等组织模式中存在诸多不确定因素,导致企业与农户双方的博弈结果失衡或者不可持续,未来"政府/党建+生态农企+合作社+农户"的组织模式可能成为利益联结机制优化的有益选择。文章通过博弈模型找出导致生态农企与农户契约关系不稳定的影响因素,并从政府、合作社和农业协会多元主体协作治理角度提出改善博弈条件,促进农户实现收益稳定的对策。
In the process of the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,ecological enterprises can help poor peasant households to increase the income by signing benefit association agreements,but the traditional agricultural organization models of"ecological agricultural enterprise+peasant household"and"ecological agricultural enterprise+cooperatives+peasant household"have many uncertain factors,which may lead to imbalances or unsustainable game result between enterprises and peasant households.So,the organizational model of"party construction/government+ecological agricultural enterprise+cooperatives+peasant household"may become a beneficial choice.The influencing factors that lead to the unstable contract relationship between ecological agricultural enterprises and peasant households were found out by the game model.Finally,from the perspective of government,cooperatives and agricultural associations,some countermeasures were put forward to improve the game conditions and promote peasant households achieve income stability.
