饲粮中添加β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸对巴马香猪生长性能和肝脏脂肪代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸(HMB)对巴马香猪生长性能和肝脏脂肪代谢的影响。试验选用32头体重[(8.58±0.21)kg]相近的(60±2)日龄的健康巴马香猪阉公猪,随机分为4组(每组8头猪),分别饲喂添加0(对照组)、0.13%、0.64%、1.28%HMB的饲粮。试验期60 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.13%HMB显著提高了平均日增重和血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量(P<0.05);饲粮中添加1.28%HMB显著降低了血清HDL含量(P<0.05),显著提高了血清胆固醇(CHOL)含量(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.13%HMB显著提高了肝脏二十二碳六烯酸(C22∶6n-3)含量(P<0.05),显著降低了肝脏n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)比值(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.13%HMB显著上调了肝脏中脂肪酸移位酶(HSL)和过氧化物酶体增殖子激活受体α(PPARα)的mRNA表达量(P<0.05),而添加1.28%HMB则显著下调了肝脏中激素敏感酶(HSL)和脂肪酸转运蛋白-1(FATP-1)的mRNA表达量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加适量(0.13%)HMB可改善巴马香猪的生长性能,增加肝脏中C22∶6n-3含量,并可改善肝脏脂肪代谢,其作用机制可能与PPARα信号通路相关。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate(HMB)on growth performance and liver lipid metabolism of Bama Xiang pigs.Thirty-two healthy emasculated male Bama Xiang mini-pigs of similar weight[(8.58±0.21)kg]and at the age of(60±2)days were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 pigs per group.Pig in the 4 groups were fed diets which contained 0(control group),0.13%,0.64%and 1.28%HMB for 60 days,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 0.13%HMB significantly increased the average daily gain and the serum high-density lipoprotein(HDL)content(P<0.05);dietary supplementation of 1.28%HMB supplementation significantly decreased the serum HDL content(P<0.05),and significantly increased the serum cholesterol content(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 0.13%HMB significantly increased the liver docosahexaenoic acid(C22∶6n-3)content(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the ratio of n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 0.13%HMB significantly increased the mRNA expression levels of fatty acid translocation enzyme(HSL)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorα(PPARα)(P<0.05),while dietary supplementation of 1.28%HMB significantly decreased the mRNA expression levels of hormone sensitive lipase(HSL)and fatty acid transporter-1(FATP-1)(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of HMB(the appropriate level is 0.13%)can improve the growth performance,increase the liver C22∶6n-3 content,and improve the liver fat metabolism of Bama Xiang mini-pigs,and the mechanism of action may be related to PPARαsignaling pathway.
