摘要
本文基于发明专利先张法预应力混凝土轨道板机组流水线自动化制造技术,提出一种适用于轨道板钢筋笼自动绑扎的智能生产技术,并结合智能流水线中的大吨位双向受力模具、三维在线检测、双向同步张拉与放张、风幕隔断蒸养、同步脱模等关键设备构建了轨道板智能制造框架,进一步提高了CRTSⅢ型双向先张预应力轨道板智能流水线的自动化程度,实现了生产设备协同及制造过程的智能化管控。研究成果可为提升轨道板成品质量和生产效率提供技术保障。
In the paper,based on automatic manufacturing technology of pretensioned prestressed concrete track slab machine group assembly line,an intelligent production technology is presented,which is suitable for automatic strapping of rail slab reinforcement cage,and then the intelligent manufacturing framework of track plate is constructed in combination with the key equipment of intelligent assembly line,such as large-tonnage bi-directional stress mold,three-dimensional online detection,bi-directional synchronous tension and release,air curtain partition steaming and curing,and synchronous demolding.Based on the above,it further improves the automation degree of intelligent assembly line of CRTSⅢtype bidirectional pretensioned prestressed track slab,and realizes the cooperation of production equipment and the intelligent control of manufacturing process.The research results provide a technical guarantee for improving the quality and production efficiency of track slab products.
