上卵石下泥岩地层盾构掘进控制技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 成都富水砂卵石地层因散粒性、硬度高、强透水等显著特点,使得盾构机选型以及刀盘面板、刀具和螺旋输送系统耐磨性需与地层相匹配;同时盾构掘进参数无不关系到整个盾构工程质量及安全。相对于单一地层,盾构机在复合地层掘进施工面临更大难度,参数设定要求更为准确、掘进控制要求更为严格。本文基于成都地铁5号线某盾构区间,结合复合地层地质特点,对盾构机在富水条件下掘进施工参数控制方法进行多次试验,并根据试验结论对掘进参数进行严格控制与动态管理,最终盾构区间得以顺利、安全、高效贯通。 The water-rich sand pebble stratum in Chengdu has the obvious characteristics of granular,high hardness,strong water permeability,so the selection of shield tunneling machine and the wear resistance of cutter plate,cutter and screw conveying system should match with the stratum.Meanwhile,the shield tunneling parameters are closely related with all aspects of the quality and safety of the whole shield engineering.Compared with a single stratum,the construction of shield tunneling machine in composite stratum faces higher difficulties,with more accurate parameter setting requirements and more strict tunneling control requirements.In the paper,based on a shield interval of the Chengdu Metro Line 5,and combined with the geological characteristics of the compound strata,several tests were conducted on methods for controlling tunneling construction parameters of shield machine under water-rich conditions,and the tunneling parameters were strictly controlled and dynamically managed according to the test results.Finally,the shield tunneling interval was connected smoothly,safely and efficiently.
