摘要
为了降低成纱棉结、提高成纱质量,介绍USTER AFIS单纤维测试仪与USTER TESTER条干测试仪检测棉结的概念及应用,试验分析生条、精梳条的棉结数与成纱棉结的相关性,探讨优选精梳锡林针布总齿数和齿面圆心角、顶梳、给棉方式、车速、小卷定量和梳理工艺以降低成纱棉结的技术措施。指出:乌斯特单纤维测试仪与条干测试仪测定的棉结数据无线性对应关系,生条、精梳条内的棉结数(粒/g)与成纱棉结(个/km)无必然联系;精梳落棉率与精梳条的棉结数相关性不大,但与精梳条短绒率及成纱常发性纱疵IPI值密切相关;控制成纱棉结的关键在精梳的质量、核心在精梳锡林针布,应优选性价比高的精梳器材以降低成纱棉结;实施前进给棉工艺时,采用圆心角为111°的大齿面精梳锡林、配置4.7 mm的给棉长度、适当提高车速和增加小卷定量,选择齿片质量好、高梳理效能的顶梳,缩小并稳定精梳锡林梳理区隔距,做好工艺调整、梳理器材状态检查、日常清洁并优选原棉,才能实现精梳机的高效高产、优质和低耗。
In order to reduce yarn neps and improve yarn quality,the concept of testing neps with USTER AFIS single fiber tester and USTER TESTER evenness tester and the application are introduced.The correlation between the number of sliver neps and combed sliver neps and yarn neps is tested and analyzed.The process measures of optimizing total teeth number and central angle of tooth surface of combing cylinder card clothing,top comb,cotton feeding mode,speed,weight per unit of lap and combing process to reduce yarn neps are discussesd.It is pointed out that there is no linear correlation between the nep number measured by Uster single fiber tester and sliver test tester,and there is no necessary correlation between the nep number(neps/g)in sliver and combed sliver and yarn neps(yarn neps/km).There is little correlation between noil rate and nep number of carding sliver,but it is closely related to staple content of combed sliver and the the common yarn defect IPI value.The key to controlling yarn knots lies in combing quality,and the core is combing cylinder card clothing,so combing accessories with high cost performance ratio should be selected to reduce yarn neps.When the forward feeding process is implemented,only by using big tooth surface combing cylinder with the 111°central angle,configuring feeding length with 4.7 mm,appropriately increasing speed and weight per unit of lap,choosing top comb with good quality tooth and high combing efficiency,reducing and stabilizing combing zone gauge of combed cylinder,doing good job in process adjustment,state inspection and daily cleaning of combing accessories,and optimizing raw cotton,can the high efficiency,high yield,high quality and low consumption of comber be realized.
