摘要
建筑业普遍存在的低效、高风险、高损耗问题同样存在于接触网现场安装作业环节,表现为腕臂安装等需要负重操作的高空作业大量存在,且传统接触网工程的建造实施技术对作业人员综合素质要求较高。本研究面向施工一线班组作业能力建设,完成了新型机械化、自动化腕臂安装作业装备的样机制造和试用,结合同步自主开发的智能工地管理系统(Smart Project Management,SPM)应用进行了配套新工法的研究,实践出一条从既有人工转型机械自动化升级到智能化的新一代高铁接触网智能建造技术的可行路径。
The common problems of low efficiency,high risk and high loss in the construction industry also exist in site installation of OCS,there are a large number of operations at high places,and the construction execution techniques for traditional OCS engineering requires higher comprehensive qualification of operators.The research is oriented to the building of operation capability of construction teams on the front lines.The manufacturing and trial operation of the samples of new types,mechanized and automized installation and operation equipment have been accomplished,and the adaptive new process has been studied in connection with the application of self-developed smart project management system(SPM).A feasible path from the existing manual transformation,mechanical automation upgrading to intelligent new generation of high-speed railway OCS intelligent construction technology has been realized.
