提高青年教师药物分析实验教学能力的思考 被引量:2

摘要 实验教学对于培养和提升药学本科人才创新实践能力十分重要。文章以药物分析实验课程为例,分析青年教师实验教学存在的问题,指出对实验教学理念、实验教学规律的认识不足以及缺少必要的实验教学专业化实践,是导致青年教师实验教学能力不佳的主要原因。针对上述原因,结合药物分析实验设置,提出青年教师应该在传统师资培养路径下,结合持续的在岗培训提高实验教学能力,形成并实践以学生为中心的教学理念,丰富实验教学设计,实现教学过程的师生共同体;同时训练扎实的实验教学基本功,学习和探索新的教学模式,提高实验教学有效性,从而最终提升学生创新实践能力和药学本科教学质量。 Experimental course is necessary for cultivating the innovative and practical ability in undergraduate students of pharmaceutical science. This article analyzed the experimental teaching of novice teachers in pharmaceutical analysis and concluded that the main problems are insufficient pedagogical knowledge and lack of professional practice, which affect classroom teaching. Accordingly, novice teachers are encouraged to participate in ongoing on-the-job training as well as the traditional teacher training, so that their teaching can be improved. The novice teachers are then expected to adopt student-centered methods, explore new teaching models, and thus achieve a better effect. Students can also improve their innovative practical ability, and the overall teaching quality in pharmaceutical undergraduate programs can be improved.
