基于智能手机视频处理技术的智能电表故障检测 被引量:1

摘要 基于智能手机视频处理技术的智能电表故障检测装置利用智能手机摄像头采集脉冲输出,实现智能电表电能误差校验和故障检测。该检测装置不必打开计量表计的接线端子盖,只需调用系统相机录像,录制的同时利用智能手机蓝牙读取校验仪测量的电压、电流、相位,然后将视频切片为图像进行处理,获得智能电表有功脉冲输出时刻;同时使用智能手机蓝牙读取的测量值进行电能累计,与智能电表进行比对,完成误差计算。 A video processing technology based intelligent energy meter fault detection method,unnecessary opening the energy meterterminal cover,PDA calls systemvideo camera to record and reads calibrator value by bluetooth.PDA record the video of the flash light and the value of voltage,current and phase simultaneously.The process the video section for image analyzing,get the intelligent energy meteractive pulse output moment,compare the smart time accumulated electrical energy of data by bluetooth,calculate the error to realize the fault detectionof the intelligent energy meter.
