基于“动量”测度的系统发展态势评价

Comprehensive Evaluation on the Development Tendency of Systems Based on Momentum Measurement

摘要 定义一个系统的动量为该系统当前发展水平与预期发展速度的乘积,并以“动量”作为系统发展态势的表征指标,给出了一种新的系统发展态势的动态综合评价方法。该方法的显著特点是侧重系统发展态势的要素合成分析并引入“适用准则”对表征指标的适用性进行检验。文末,通过与其它评价方法的实例对比分析,验证了本文方法的实用性和有效性。 An index to character the development tendency of a system is introduced.The index namely momentum is defined as the product of current development level and expected development speed of the system.Based on this index,a new method to evaluate the development tendency of systems is proposed.The innovation in the method lays on integrating key elements of development tendency of a system and introducing criteria to test the availability of the characteristic index.At the end,the validity and practicability of the method is verified through compare analysis on several characteristic indices.
