大悬挑钢结构桁架层关键施工技术应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 大悬挑钢结构是近年来现代建筑中新兴的结构形式。但是在关键施工技术环节仍有不足:一是关键施工技术管理方法单一,管理经验匮乏;二是施工过程的程序模拟与监测技术协同配合能力有待提高。本文以珠海横琴保利中心工程项目为研究对象,以钢结构桁架层3F为例,对其关键施工技术进行了应用分析:根据桁架层施工重难点问题,制定了关键施工流程,运用分析模型进行了仿真施工模拟,通过比对施工监测实际数据,得出施工过程检测值与模拟值基本趋于一致的结论,表明合理的施工模拟程序可以指导施工。 Large cantilevered steel structure is a new structural form in modern architecture in recent years.However,there are still shortcomings in the key construction technology links:first,the key construction technology management method is single,and the management experience is lacking;second,the process simulation and monitoring technology coordination ability of the construction process needs to be improved.This paper takes the Zhuhai Hengqin Poly Center project as the research object,and takes the steel structure truss layer 3F as an example to analyze its key construction techniques:according to the key and difficult problems of the truss layer construction,the key construction process is formulated and the analysis model is used to carry out Through the simulation of construction simulation,by comparing the actual data of construction monitoring,it is concluded that the detected value of the construction process and the simulated value are basically consistent,indicating that a reasonable construction simulation program can guide the construction.
