摘要
目的:探讨分析果酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的效果及对氧化应激状态的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年12间川北医学院附属医院收取的112例黄褐斑患者,并按不同治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用强脉冲光治疗,观察组联合采用果酸与强脉冲光治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果及氧化应激反应指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为83.93%,对照组为67.86%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组MDA均显著降低,SOD、GSH-Px均显著升高,与治疗前对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组MDA显著低于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:果酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的疗效显著,能有效抑制患者氧化应激损伤、促进皮肤恢复,值得予以推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of fruit acid skin grafting combined with intense pulsed light on chloasma and its effect on oxidative stress.Methods:112 cases of chloasma patients in the hospital from January 2018 to 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the observation group was treated with fruit acid skin changing and intense pulsed light treatment.The therapeutic effect and oxidative stress reaction indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 83.93%,significantly higher than 67.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the MDA,SOD and GSH-Px of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the MDA of the two groups significantly reduced,and SOD and GSH-Px significantly increased.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MDA of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,SOD and GSH-Px were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of fruit acid skin grafting combined with intense pulsed light on chloasma is significant,which can effectively inhibit oxidative stress injury and promote skin recovery,which is worthy of promotion and application.
