摘要
分析了混凝土人工鱼礁的国内外研究及应用进展,提出了以透水混凝土和植生混凝土为基础的新型生态鱼礁混凝土方案,制备了具有较高孔隙率和特定表面性质的生态型鱼礁混凝土,可为海洋生物附着生长提供有利环境。通过将自主研发的增韧水性环氧涂层钢筋应用到人工鱼礁骨架上,有效缓解了钢筋由于氯离子侵蚀而产生的锈蚀问题,从而大大提高了鱼礁结构的安全性和耐久性。此外,在礁型设计方面,采用混凝土管状堆积模型,辅以离心成型工艺进行设计。
The research and application progress of concrete artificial reef at home and abroad are analyzed,and a new design scheme of concrete for ecological reef based on permeable concrete and vegetation concrete is put forward.The ecological reef concrete with higher porosity and specific surface properties is prepared,which provides a favorable environment for the attachment and growth of marine organisms.At the same time,the self-developed toughened epoxy-coated steel bar is applied to the artificial reef structure,which can effectively overcome the problem of severe corrosion of the steel bar caused by the corrosion of chloride ions,so as to greatly improve the durability and safety of the structure.In addition,a concrete tubular accumulation model is proposed,supplemented by a suitable molding process to construct a new ecological concrete artificial reef.
