摘要
剖析了智慧农业的社会经济特征,认为智慧农业不仅使农业生产全生命周期管理高度信息化,促进农业提质增效和三产融合,而且还会推动人工智能等相关产业的发展,具有明显的规模经济性和外部溢出效应;基于本、原、用的"三表"智慧论述了智慧农业的发展逻辑,认为我国发展智慧农业既要借鉴国外的成功经验,又必须按照"顶层设计、分步实施、因地制宜、效果优先"的原则设计智慧农业的技术推广路径和策略;基于WSR和霍尔三维结构原理阐释了智慧农业的发展机理和体系构成,认为智慧农业技术体系是由知识维、逻辑维、时间维构成的三维结构,发展智慧农业不仅要考虑物理和事理,更要关注人理;针对我国现阶段智慧农业发展提出了相关对策建议。
This paper analyzed the social and economic characteristics of smart agriculture. The results show that smart agriculture makes the whole life cycle management of agricultural production highly informationized. It not only promotes the improvement of agricultural quality and efficiency and the integration of three industries, but also gives impetus to the development of artificial intelligence and other related industries, with the obvious effects of scale economy and external spillover. Based on the principle of "Sanbiao Wisdom", the development logic of smart agriculture was discussed. The results show that to develop smart agriculture in China, we should not only learn from the successful experience of foreign countries, but also design the technology promotion path and strategy of smart agriculture according to the "top-level design, step-by-step implementation, local conditions and effect first" principle. Based on WSR principle and Hall three dimensions structure principle, the development mechanism and system composition of smart agriculture were explained. It is considered that the technology system of smart agriculture is a three-dimensional structure composed of knowledge dimension, logic dimension and time dimension. To develop smart agriculture, we should not only consider physics and reason, but also pay attention to human theory. The relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the development of smart agriculture in China at the present stage.
