摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备Fe/ZSM-5催化剂,并用于催化湿式过氧化氢氧化(CWPO)反应处理间甲酚模型废水。结果表明,Fe的负载量为1%时催化活性和稳定性最优;3.0-F/Z-5催化剂在高温下催化活性的提高主要是溶出Fe的均相催化作用。利用BET、XRD、UV-Vis DR和NH3-TPD对催化剂进行表征并分析其构效关系。结果表明,ZSM-5负载Fe后比表面积减小、5 nm孔减少,说明部分氧化铁在分子筛孔道或表面发生沉积;Fe物种在ZSM-5表面分散均匀;催化剂活性位点为弱酸中心和小尺寸氧化铁颗粒协同作用。
Fe/ZSM-5 catalyst is prepared by incipient impregnation and used to catalyze wet peroxide oxidation to treat with m-cresol-containing wastewater.It is shown that the catalytic activity and stability of the catalyst reach the best when the loading amount of Fe is 1%.Higher catalytic activity of 3.0-F/Z-5 at high temperature is mainly contributed by homogeneous catalysis.The catalysts are characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis DR and NH3-TPD,and the structure-activity relationship is analyzed.Results show that both BET area and 5 nm pores of ZSM-5 decrease after it has loaded Fe,representing that FexOydeposits on the pore or surface of ZSM-5;Fe species disperse highly on the surface of ZSM-5;the catalytic activity of the catalyst comes from the synergistic effect between weak acid center and small-sized FexOy.
