摘要
为研究牦牛子宫及卵巢动脉的结构特点及供血特征,本文利用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)血管铸型技术,对20例未发情的健康成年牦牛子宫及卵巢动脉进行离体铸型标本制作和观察。结果发现,牦牛的子宫动脉非常丰富,分为上行支和下行支。上行支在子宫角部发出卵巢支和输卵管支,与卵巢动脉吻合;下行支主要向子宫体和子宫颈供血,并且两侧子宫动脉下行支有吻合现象;卵巢动脉分支包括卵巢支,子宫支,输卵管支;卵巢支呈高度盘曲的螺旋状,尤其在近卵巢门端呈拳头状或球紧密盘绕。上述结果表明,牦牛具有丰富发达的子宫动脉,可能是为了适应高原低氧环境的一个重要的形态学特点。牦牛的卵巢动脉呈高度盘曲的螺旋状可能是为了维持血压的稳定,保证了性腺在动物生殖过程中供血的稳定性及优势卵泡的发育成熟。
To study the structural characteristics and blood supply characteristics of yak uterus and ovary arteries,using acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)vessel casting technique,20 healthy yak uteri and ovarian arteries were prepared and observed in vitro.In result,the uterine arteries of yaks were very rich and divided into ascending and descending branches.The ascending branch gives off ovarian branch and fallopian tube branch in the uterine horn and anastomosis with the ovarian artery;The descending branches mainly supply blood to uterine body and cervix and anastomosis of descending branches of uterine arteries exists on both sides.The branches of ovarian artery include ovarian branch,uterine branch and fallopian tube branch.The ovarian branches are highly coiled and spiral,especially near the porta of the ovary in the shape of a fist or ball tightly coiled.In conclusion,yaks had abundant and developed uterine arteries,which may be an important morphological feature to adapt to the altitude hypoxia environment.The high coiled spiral of yak ovarian arteries may be to maintain the stability of blood pressure,ensure the stability of gonadal blood supply during animal reproduction and the development of dominant follicles.
