摘要 基于气化反应动力学方程建立了气流床煤气化炉的性能计算模型。将所建立的模型嵌入大型通用流程模拟软件ASPEN PLUS中,实现了气化炉反应动力学模型与大型工业流程模拟软件的无缝结合。采用大量热壁式水煤浆气化炉的工业运行性能数据对模型的动力学校正参数进行校正,使模型可准确预测气化炉性能指标。采用所建立的模型对干煤粉气流床气化炉进行模拟,并将模拟结果与工业运行数据进行对比验证。结果表明:该模型的预测结果与实际运行数据比较吻合,验证了模型的准确性。本模型可较准确地预测气流床气化炉的碳转化率、合成气组成、冷煤气效率、比氧耗、比煤耗等性能指标,以及性能指标随O/C、蒸汽/氧气的变化情况,可用于指导大型商业气流床煤气化炉的开发及运行操作。 Based on the kinetic equation of gasification reaction,a performance calculation model of entrained flow gasifier is established in this paper.The model is embedded in ASPEN PLUS to realize the seamless combination of gasifier reaction kinetics model and large-scale industrial process simulation software.A large number of industrial operation data of hot wall coal water slurry gasifier are used to verify the model parameters,so that the model can accurately predict the performance of gasifier.The model is used to simulate the dry pulverized coal entrained flow gasifier,and the simulation results are compared with the industrial operation data.The results show that the prediction results of the model are consistent with the actual operation data,and the accuracy of the model is verified.This model can accurately predict the carbon conversion rate,composition of syngas,cold gas efficiency,oxygen consumption,coal consumption and other performance of entrained flow gasifier,as well as the changes of performance with O/C and steam/oxygen.It can be used to guide the development and operation of large-scale commercial entrained flow gasifier.
