生物炭与绿肥翻压对柑橘根际细菌群落结构的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为探索生物炭与绿肥对土壤微生态环境影响规律,采用大田试验研究了0 kg·棵-1生物炭(CK)、5.0 kg·棵-1生物炭(T1)、5.0 kg·棵-1生物炭+减施10%化肥氮+翻压绿肥(T2)3种不同施肥措施对柑橘根际土壤细菌群落多样性及群落结构的影响。结果表明,生物炭能够提升细菌群落的α多样性和物种群落丰富度,以T2处理细菌群落多样性水平最高,但是提升水平均不显著。生物炭的添加显著增加了土壤绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)的相对丰度,降低了厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)的相对丰度。与CK处理相比,T1处理有6个细菌属的相对丰度与其存在显著差异,而T2处理有12个细菌属的相对丰度与其存在显著差异。与T1处理相比,T2处理显著提升了4个功能细菌属的相对丰度,显著降低了3个功能细菌属的相对丰度。该研究表明,生物炭和绿肥翻压能够提升土壤细菌群落多样性和丰富度,改变根际细菌群落结构,增加功能细菌属丰度,促进了柑橘根际土壤微生态平衡和土壤健康。 To explore the influencing rule of biochar and green manure on soil microecological environment,a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of three different fertilization measures on soil bacterial community diversity and community structure,including 0 kg·tree-1 biochar(CK),5.0 kg·tree-1 biochar(T1),5.0 kg·tree-1 biochar+10%reduced chemical fertilizer N+green manure(T2).The results showed that biochar could improve theαdiversity and species richness of bacterial community,and T2 treatment had the highest level of bacterial community diversity,but the improvement level was not significant.The addition of biochar significantly increased the relative abundance of Chloroflexi,Actinobacteria and Acidobacteria,but decreased the relative abundance of Firmicutes.Compared with CK treatment,the relative abundance of six bacterial genera in T1 treatment was significantly different from that of CK treatment,while the relative abundance of twelve bacterial genera in T2 treatment was significantly different.Compared with T1 treatment,T2 treatment significantly increased the relative abundance of four functional bacterial genera and significantly decreased the relative abundance of three functional bacterial genera.This study indicated that biochar and green manure overturning could improve the diversity and richness of soil bacterial community,change the bacterial community structure and increase the abundance of functional bacteria genus,as well as promote microecological balance in Citues rhizosphere soil and soil health.
