摘要
在思想政治教育工作中,受教育者对教育内容的接受过程的建构性与接受程度的有效性,是做好思想政治教育工作的关键。从认知心理学角度看,心理接受是以需要为驱动心理,以认知为核心,并最终以认同为落脚点的效应心理过程。而从心理机制运行过程看,则可将接受心理的程度划分为需要、认知、认同三个层面。因此,在思想政治教育活动中,教育者应当高度重视心理接受机制在思想政治教育活动中的重要作用,通过采取切实有效措施满足受教育者的合理需求,提高受教育者的认知能力,进而达到受教育者的价值认同,实现思想政治教学立德树人的目的。
In the ideological and political education work,the constructiveness of the process of accepting the educational content and the validity of the acceptance degree of the educated are the key to the improvement of the ideological and political education work.From the perspective of cognitive psychology,psychological acceptance is an effectual psychological process driven by need,with cognition as the core and identity as the foothold.From the perspective of the operation process of psychological mechanism,the degree of psychological acceptance can be divided into three levels:need,cognition and identification.Therefore,in the ideological and political education,educators should attach great importance to the great function of psychological acceptance mechanism in ideological and political education activities.With the effective measures to meet the reasonable requirements of receivers,educators ought to improve receivers’cognitive ability for the purpose of realizing the value of the receivers,and achieving the goal of moral education in ideological and political teaching.
