摘要
既有关于职业认同的维度及测量工具的研究存在不足。本研究基于社会认同理论,重建职业认同的核心属性与测量工具。首先,本文通过质性研究确定职业认同的潜在维度,包括职业认知、职业依恋、职业地位和职业支持(新维度),并确定了职业认同的主要指标;其次,运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析确定职业认同的新量表;最后,采用结构方程模型检验新量表的有效性。研究表明,新发现的职业支持维度对犬儒主义和离职倾向具有显著影响。职业支持新维度的揭示丰富了职业认同的内涵。
Previous studies on dimensions and measurements of professional identity are inadequate.Based on the social identity theory,this study reconstructed the core attributes and measurement of professional identity.Firstly,through qualitative research,this article not only identified the potential dimensions of professional identity,including professional cognition,professional attachment,professional status and professional support(new dimension),but also determined the main indicators of professional identity.Secondly,Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were used to test the new scale of professional identity.Finally,the structural equation model was used to test the validity of the new scale.The result shows professional support as a newly discovered dimension had a significant impact on cynicism and turnover intention.The discovery of professional support enriches the implication of professional identity.
