摘要
使用新型抑制剂KDF替代玉米淀粉,与现场药剂浮选袁家村铁矿,获得最佳的药剂制度。试验结果表明:浮精品位提高0.21%,浮尾品位降低了3.10%,作业回收率提高了3.66%,NaOH用量减少了16.67%,抑制剂KDF用量增加了60%,CaO用量减少了37.5%。
By adopting new type of inhibitors KDF to replacing cornstarch,together with the local pharmaceutical flotation in Yuanjiacun Iron Ore,the best pharmacy system shall be achieved.And the experiment result shows:flotation concentrate grade has been increased by 0.21%,flotation tailing grade has been reduced by 3.10%,operation recovery rate has been increased by 3.66%,consumption of NaOH has been reduced by 16.67%,consumption of Inhibitor KDF has been increased by 60%,consumption of CaO has been reduced by 37.5%.
