摘要
通过对消防地理信息系统现状的分析,设计了基于GIS的高校消防救援指挥系统,完成指挥系统的一般功能,如地图浏览、路径分析、缓冲区分析、消防力量调派等,来处理学校发生火灾时的紧急情况。该系统通过Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0更加全面的数据访问接口——ADO(ActiveX Data object)读取数据,以编译软件Microsoft VisualBasic 6.0、MapObject为基础设计实现,为消防部队在灭火和抢险救援工作的实际需求提供支持,可以更好地疏散学生。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of the existing fire geographic information system,a fire rescue command system based on GIS is designed to complete the general functions of the command system,such as map browsing,path analysis,buffer zone analysis,fire force dispatch,etc.,to deal with the emergency situation in the event of fire in schools.The system reads data through ADO(ActiveX data object),which is a more comprehensive data access interface of Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.It is designed and implemented on the basis of Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObject.It can provide support for the fire brigade in the actual needs of fire fighting and rescue work and better evacuate students.
