摘要
虚拟装配是虚拟现实技术在制造业的典型应用,也是影响产品开发时间和成本的关键环节。虚拟装配仿真利用了CAD和VR技术的优点,模拟出虚拟的装配环境,可视化地展示产品装配过程。有利于优化装配方案,提高装配效率。本文使用UGNX软件,以DSG双离合器为例,通过装配模块将多个零件装配成一个完整的组件,实现装配序列化。探究基于UG NX软件的产品虚拟装配仿真应用的可行性,为UGNX软件在产品虚拟装配仿真应用提供指导。
Product Assembly process is the end of product manufacturing process,and it is also the key link that affects product development time and cost.Virtual Assembly simulation makes use of the advantages of CAD,CAM and VR technology to simulate the virtual assembly environment and visually display the assembly process.It is beneficial to optimize the assembly scheme and improve the assembly efficiency.Using Catia software,taking DSG wet dual clutch as an example,this paper explores the feasibility of the application of virtual assembly simulation based on CATIA software from two aspects:Assembly Modeling and assembly planning,with a view to Catia software in product virtual assembly simulation application to provide guidance.
