摘要
对于现浇混凝土综合管廊结构,变形缝是其薄弱环节,其变形直接决定了综合管廊及其内部管道的纵向受力。本文采用有限元分析方法建立了管廊和内部管线的数值模型,模拟了变形缝出现张开和错台两种变形模式。分析了接头张开和错台两种变形模式下,球墨铸铁管受力随接头变形的变化规律,为控制管廊变形、降低管线安全风险提供了理论依据与数据支撑。
For the cast-in-place concrete utility tunnel,the expansion joint is a weaker part and its deformation will directly affect the longitudinal stress of the tunnel and the pipeline inside.In this paper,the finite element analysis method was used to establish the numerical model of the tunnel and pipeline inside.And two deformation types,joint opening and joint dislocation,were simulated.The stress of ductile iron pipe under the two deformation types were analyzed,which would provide theoretical basis and date support for controlling deformations and reducing risks of utility tunnel.
