摘要
我国铁路盾构隧道智能化理论方法还不成熟,智能技术较落后,大部分理论研究成果缺乏实用性;盾构隧道各环节未建立起有效信息交换渠道,没有形成盾构隧道全生命周期系统的完整体系。为了推动智能化建造在我国铁路盾构隧道中的发展应用,通过对铁路盾构隧道智能化建造在地质勘察、设计、施工、运维全生命周期过程中的研究现状、存在问题进行总结分析,提出建立完善的盾构隧道智能建造技术体系,完善铁路盾构隧道智能建造理论创新,启动铁路盾构隧道智能建造相关规程的编制,完备标准体系,是铁路盾构隧道智能化建造技术发展的方向。
Currently,intellectualized theory and methods of railway shield tunneling in China are not mature.Much of the existing research on shield tunneling intelligence has not been practical.There is not effective information exchange channel between tunneling nodes and an integral whole life cycle system for shield tunnel.To promote the application of interllectualized construction in railway shield tunnel in China,summary and analysis are conducted on intelligent shield tunneling construction through the life cycle of geological survey,design,construction,operation,and maintenance,and it is proposed that the development directions of intelligent railway shield tunneling construction technology are as follows:establishing an ideal technology system,improving theoretical innovations,promoting the compilation of relevant regulations,and setting standards.
