摘要
工科类案例教学借鉴和模仿管理学、法学及医学等学科开展案例教学。因问题导向的教学结果差异较大,造成其推广与示范效应不强,校本特征的教学案例研发与实践可以体现学校的定位与目标,以及落实学校制定的政策与规划的发展方向。科教融合是校本特征教学案例构建的基础,是评价学校科研和教学水平的关键指标,更是实现地方工科院校特色办学的主要途径。校本案例教学的实施有效地促成了高校教师和学生两个主体的核心利益同步得到实现,促进了教师的专业发展和学生的能力培养,实现了高校培养人才、发展科学和服务社会的目的。
The case teaching of engineering courses draws lessons from and imitates the disciplines of management,law and medicine to carry out case teaching.Due to the difference of the results of problem-based teaching,its promotion and demonstration effect is not strong.The development and practice of teaching cases with school-based characteristics can reflect the orientation and goal of the school,and implement the development direction of the policy and planning formulated by the school.The integration of research and education is the basis of school-based characteristic teaching case construction,and also a key indicator to evaluate the level of scientific research and teaching.The implementation of school-based case teaching effectively promotes the realization of the core interests of both teachers and students in Colleges and universities,promotes the professional development of teachers and the cultivation of students'ability,and realizes the purpose of cultivating talents,developing science and serving the society.
