摘要
合龙段施工是悬浇法连续梁桥施工的重要环节,基于新建郑万高铁梅溪河连续梁桥,采用外刚性支撑和张拉临时钢束相结合的方式对合龙段进行临时锁定结构优化,建立三维有限元计算模型验证结构的安全性和可行性,研究表明:在温度作用下,合龙段两悬臂端将产生转角,合龙口上下缘变形不一致,刚性支撑受力不匀,计算结果验证了临时锁定结构设计的合理性。
The construction of closure section is an important link in the construction of continuous beam bridge with cantilever casting method.Based on the newly-built Meixi River continuous beam bridge of Zhengzhou Wanzhou high-speed railway,the temporary locking structure of the closure section is optimized by combining external rigid support and tensioning temporary steel bundle,and the three-dimensional finite element calculation model is established to verify the safety and feasibility of the structure.The study shows that under the effect of temperature,there is rotation at the two cantilever ends of the closure section,the deformation of the upper and lower edges of the closure mouth is inconsistent,and the force of the rigid support is uneven.The results show that the design of temporary locking structure is reasonable.
