摘要 以嵌入式ARM控制器STM32F013RBT6为核心,结合CAN总线,设计了可级联的交流充电桩。该充电桩可以在128个充电通道范围内自由级联,满足不同场合对不同充电通道数量的需求,避免了固定通道充电桩的局限性。同时,各充电单元都带有独立的电压电流检测功能,为不同功率充电器的阶梯收费提供依据。充电桩带有充电器的插拔检测功能,可在意外拔出时通知用户。主控单元带有漏电保护,各充电单元带有过流保护,并提供继电器损坏的自诊断功能。 Based on embedded ARM controller STM32 F013 RBT6 and CAN bus,a cascaded AC charging post is designed.It can cascade freely in the range of 128 charging channels to meet the needs of different occasions for different number of charging channels and avoid the limitation of fixed channel charging piles.At the same time,each charging unit has the independent voltage and current detection function,which provides the basis for the step charging of different power chargers.The charging post has the plugand-pull detection function of the charger,which can notify the user of accidental pull-out.Main control unit has leakage protection function,charging unit has over-current protection function,and provide relay damage self-diagnosis function.
