摘要
为推进船用反应堆系统模块化设计进程,本文基于Creo三维数字化设计软件,提出船用反应堆系统模块化布置设计理念。本文通过对船用反应堆系统的特点分析,开展了反应堆系统管路模块化设计关键技术的研究,并以压力安全系统典型区域管路为设计对象将模块化技术应用在船用反应堆系统管路布置设计中,最后得到模块化设计可使现场工作量前移约52%,减少了核动力舱室内的施工时间。
In order to promote the modular design process of marine reactor system,the modular layout design concept of marine reactor system is put forward based on the Creo 3D design software in this paper.According to the analysis of the characteristics of marine reactor system,the key technology of modular design of reactor system pipe is researched,and taking the pipelines in the typical area of pressure safety system as the design object,the modular technology is applied to the pipeline layout design of marine reactor system.Finally,the modular design can advance the field workload by about 52%and reduce the construction time in the nuclear power cabin.
