摘要
目的:建立医疗设备维修辅助决策系统,精准发现设备故障,高效制订维修方案,缩短平均故障时间,提高设备修复率及维修质量。方法:采用网络爬虫、文本检索、云存储、故障库、推荐系统、贝叶斯网络及数据仓库等技术,建立基于标准业务流管理机制的医疗设备维修辅助决策系统,为医疗设备的预防性维护、故障处理、故障特征分布及维修培训提供技术支持。结果:通过构建医疗设备维修辅助决策系统,在维修环节实现了规范化流程控制及计算机辅助诊断功能,提高了医疗设备保障管理能力及服务质量。结论:医疗设备维修辅助决策系统可有效提高医疗设备保障管理能力,为医疗设备预防性维护、故障处理、故障特征分布及维修培训提供技术支持,对医疗机构内构建类似系统具有参考价值。
Objective:To establish an assistant decision-making system of medical equipment maintenance,which can find the equipment failure accurately,and formulate the maintenance plan with high efficiency,and shorten the average time of failure,and improve the renovation rate and maintenance quality of equipment.Methods:A series of techniques included web crawler,text retrieval,cloud storage,fault database,recommendation system,Bayesian network and data warehouse were adopted to establish assistant decision-making system of medical equipment maintenance based on management mechanism of standard business flow so as to provide technique support for preventive maintenance,fault process,the distribution of fault characteristics and maintenance training.Results:The constructed assistant decisionmaking system of medical equipment maintenance had realized standard process control and the function of computeraided diagnosis at the stage of maintenance,and had improved the support management ability and service quality of medical equipment.Conclusion:The assistant decision-making system of medical equipment maintenance can effectively enhance the support management ability of medical equipment,and can provide technique support for preventive maintenance,fault process,the distribution of fault characteristics and maintenance training of medical equipment.It has referent value for constructing similar system in medical institution.
