摘要
目的了解肺癌术后老年患者出院后对“互联网+”肺康复的真实需求,为老年肺癌患者居家肺康复方案的构建提供参考。方法于2020年10月—11月采用现象学研究方法,对13例老年肺癌术后患者进行半结构式个人深度访谈,运用Colaizzi内容分析法对资料进行分析,并提炼主题。结果肺癌术后老年患者对“互联网+”模式下肺康复的需求归纳为4个主题分别为肺康复健康教育、运动疗法、同质化的康复医疗服务资源,以及公益性经济支持的需求。结论肺癌术后老年患者对“互联网+”肺康复需求尤为突出,尤其是农村等医疗资源较为匮乏的地方。应及时构建并实施基于“互联网+”的肺康复方案,实现同质化医疗、护理、康复服务,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To understand the real needs of elderly patients after lung cancer surgery for“Internet+”pulmonary rehabilitation after discharge,and to provide references for the construction of home-based pulmonary rehabilitation programs for elderly lung cancer patients.Methods From October to November 2020,phenomenological research methods were used to conduct semi-structured personal in-depth interviews with 13 elderly postoperative lung cancer patients,and the Colaizzi content analysis method was used to analyze the data and refine themes.Results The needs of elderly patients after lung cancer surgery for pulmonary rehabilitation under the“Internet+”model were summarized into four themes:pulmonary rehabilitation health education,exercise therapy,homogeneous rehabilitation medical service resources,and the need for public welfare economic support.Conclusion Elderly patients after lung cancer surgery have a particularly prominent need for“Internet+”pulmonary rehabilitation,especially in rural areas where medical resources are scarce.A pulmonary rehabilitation program based on“Internet+”should be constructed and implemented in a timely manner to achieve homogenized medical,nursing,and rehabilitation services,and improve the quality of life of patients.
