摘要
目的探讨清胃愈疡汤对上消化道出血患者止血效果及凝血指标的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年1月西平县中医院收治的上消化道出血患者92例,根据患者入院时间分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例)。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用清胃愈疡汤治疗。比较两组止血效果、凝血指标及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.65%)较对照组(80.43%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)均较治疗前缩短,FIB水平较治疗前升高,且观察组APTT、PT短于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清胃愈疡汤治疗上消化道出血止血效果显著,可改善患者凝血功能,且不增加不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of Qingwei Yuyang decoction on hemostasis and coagulation index of patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage.Methods A total of 92 patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage admitted to Xiping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to the admission time.The control group was treated with Omeprazole and the observation group was treated with Qingwei Yuyang decoction on the basis of the control group.The hemostatic effect,coagulation indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(80.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)in both groups were shorter than before treatment,and the FIB level was higher than before treatment.APTT and PT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,while the fibrinogen(FIB)level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingwei Yuyang dcoction has a significant hemostasis effect in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage,which can improve the coagulation function of patients without increasing adverse reactions and has high safety.
