摘要
为了探讨柯尔克孜羊体重与体尺指标的相关关系,明确体尺对体重的直接和间接影响,研究体重与体尺的线性回归关系,试验选取210日龄柯尔克孜羊60只,测量其体重(Y)与体高(X_(1))、体长(X_(2))、胸围(X_(3))、管围(X_(4))等各项体尺指标,运用SPSS 19.0软件进行相关性、通径以及逐步回归分析,并建立最优线性回归方程。结果表明:柯尔克孜羊公羊的体重与体尺指标均大于母羊,其中胸围差异显著(P<0.05),其他指标差异极显著(P<0.01);公羊和母羊体重的变异系数大于10.00%,除母羊管围外的其他体尺指标变异系数小于10.00%;公母羊的体尺指标均与体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);对公羊和母羊体重直接作用最大的体尺指标均为胸围(系数分别为0.378和0.373),对体重间接作用最大的体尺指标均为体高(系数分别为0.501和0.530);体重与体尺指标间的最优回归方程分别为Y_(公)=0.484X_(1)+0.552X_(2)+0.446X_(3)-61.858(R^(2)=0.787,P<0.01),Y_(母)=0.444X_(1)+0.395X_(2)+0.362X_(3)-46.853(R^(2)=0.817,P<0.01)。说明在柯尔克孜羊品种选育过程中,在重视体重选择的同时也要加强体高、体长、胸围这些体尺指标的选择。
In order to explore the correlation between body weight and body size of Kirgiz sheep, clarify the direct and indirect effects of body size on body weight, and study the linear regression relationship between body weight and body size, sixty Kirgiz sheep aged 210 days were selected as the study subjects in the experiment. The body weight and body height(X_(1)), body length(X_(2)), chest circumference(X_(3)), tube circumference(X_(4)) and other body size indexes were measured, and the measurement results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software for correlation, path and stepwise regression analysis, and the optimal linear regression equation was established. The results showed that the body weight and body size indexes of male Kirgiz sheep were higher than those of female Kirgiz sheep, the difference of chest circumference was significant(P<0.05), and the difference of other indexes was extremely significant(P<0.01);the coefficient of variation of male and female body weight was more than 10.00%, and the coefficient of variation of other body size indexes was less than 10.00% except for ewe tube circumference;the body size indexes of male and female Kirgiz sheep were significantly positively correlated with body weight(P<0.01);the most direct effect on body weight was chest circumference(coefficients were 0.378 and 0.373 respectively), and the most indirect effect on body weight was body height(coefficients were 0.501 and 0.530 respectively);the optimal regression equation of body size index between body weight and body size index of male and female sheep was Ymale=0.484 X_(1)+0.552 X_(2)+0.446 X_(3)-61.858(R^(2)=0.787, P<0.01), Yfemale=0.444 X_(1)+0.395 X_(2)+0.362 X_(3)-46.853(R^(2)=0.817, P<0.01). The results indicated that not only body weight selection should be taken into account, but also to the selection of body height, body length and chest circumference in the breeding process of Kirgiz sheep.
