摘要
介绍了焊管生产线的信息化建设情况及信息化建设对焊管生产的支撑作用。焊管生产线信息化建设实现了工艺流程及工艺指标在线管控,有效地提高了生产流程及工艺指标的管控效率和质量;实现了产品数据的自动测量与自动采集、生产质量数据的实时跟踪查询及综合利用等,通过实时数据的采集、分析、共享,为管理者及时提供准确的生产数据支撑,实现对产品质量的管控和追溯,帮助企业不断地完善质量管理体系。
Described here in the paper are the situation of infer mationization construction of the welded pipe production line,and the support thereby to the weld pipe production.Thanks to the infbrmationization construction,the on-line management and control of the process flow and the process data are realized,and the efficiency and quality of the management and control are obviously enhanced・And it also becomes true to automatically measure and acquire the product data,and to real-time track,query and comprehensively utilize the production quality data and so on.As a result the manager shall be timely provided with accurate production data support by means of acquisition,analysis and sharing of the real-time data so as to realize the manamement and control,and tracking of the product quality in a bid to help the company to continuously improve the quality assurance system.
