摘要
重轨钢连铸坯是重载铁路钢轨轧材的重要母材,为改善重轨钢均质性,提升铸坯内部质量,研究了重轨钢大方坯半宏观偏析的凝固组织。通过连铸电磁搅拌试验研究揭示了等轴晶越发达则半宏观偏析面积比越大的影响规律。提出了半宏观偏析改善控制技术思路,实现了重轨钢均质性改善,钢轨细长条的偏析带减轻,金属原位扫描检测的锰元素偏析度极差,由0.068降低至0.050。
Continuous casting bloom of heavy rail steel is an important base metal for heavy rail,the solidification microstructure of semi-macroscopic segregation area in rail steel bloom was studied to optimize the homogeneity of rail steel bloom and improve internal quality at last.The effect of microstructure on the semi-macroscopic segregation area ratio was studied and revealed via electromagnetic stirring test in continuous casting,it was showed that the area of semi-macroscopic segregation increased with more highly-developed equiaxed grains.The technical methods were proposed to control semi-macroscopic segregation,and therefore,to optimize the homogeneity of rail steel blooms.The slim and long segregation bands observed in rail steels were mitigated,along with the Mn segregation degree reduced from 0.068 to 0.050 examed by in-site metal scanning detector.
