摘要
该文结合“双一流”建设背景下研究生教育发展趋势以及研究生培养目标的重新定位,提出“研究生—教师—学校—社会”四个维度协同的研究生培养模式改革新理念,强化教师与研究生之间的纵向协同,学院之间、学院与学校职能部门之间的内部协同以及学校与政府、企业、兄弟院校、海外资源等外部资源的横向协同,并通过上述主体之间的内部联动、内外联动机制,以有效激发研究生的创新活力、深度挖掘研究生的创新潜力,实现研究生人才培养的协同效应。
Combined with the development trend of graduate education and the reorientation of graduate education objectives under the background of“double world-class”construction,the reform based on the new concept of“student-tutor-universitysociety”four-dimensional coordination training mode is put forward,in order to enhance the vertical coordination between the tutor and graduate students,the internal coordination of functional departments between colleges as well as between colleges and the university,the horizontal coordination between the university and external resources from the government,enterprises,other colleges and universities,and the overseas.Through the internal and external linkage between the above subjects,we can deeply tap the innovation vitality and innovation potential of graduate students,so as to realize the coordination effect of graduate talent cultivation.
