摘要
研究生党支部是高校基层党组织的重要组成部分,是传达落实党的各项方针、政策和决策的基本单元,是进行研究生党员思想政治教育的主要阵地,是助力研究生成长成才的重要载体。建设服务型研究生党支部,可以有效解决研究生党建工作面临的重要问题。作者以所在的华南师范大学心理学院研究生党支部为例,通过构建“师生共建”模式,搭建“四个协同平台”,着力强化研究生党员思想政治教育,提升支部建设质量,发挥研究生党员专业优势,落实服务人民群众的宗旨,为建设高校服务型研究生党支部探索了新路径。
The graduate student Party branch is an important part of the grassroots Party organization in universities.It is the basic unit to convey and implement the principles,policies and decisions of the Party.It is also the main front to carry out ideological and political education for graduate Party members,and an important carrier to help graduate students grow up and become talents.The construction of service-oriented graduate student Party branch can effectively solve those problems faced by the construction of graduate student Party.Taking the graduate student Party Branch from the School of Psychology of South China Normal University as an example,by building the“Teacher-Student Cooperation”mode and setting up“four collaborative platforms”,the author focuses on strengthening ideological and political education for graduate Party members,improving the quality of Party branch construction,giving full play to the advantages of graduate student Party members’professional learning,and carrying out the purpose of serving the people,which explore a new path for the construction of a service-oriented graduate student Party branch in universities.
