摘要 在结合机组供热安全性校核和汽轮机中调阀调节性能测试试验的基础上,针对机组供热能力与对外供汽需求之间的实际矛盾,分析了传统中压调节汽阀在进一步提高机组供热能力上的局限性,设计了一种新型中压再热联合调节汽阀及其顺序进汽曲线。实际应用效果表明:在达到大幅提高机组外供高品质蒸汽能力的同时,也提高了机组40%THA至满负荷区间的热电宽幅调节能力,具有极大的经济、环保和社会效益。 Based on units'heating safety checking and turbine control valves'regulation performance test,the limitation of traditional medium pressure regulating valves in further improving units'heating capacity is analyzed and a new type of medium pressure reheated and combined regulating valve with its sequential admission curve are designed for the actual contradiction between units'heating capacity and external steam supply demand.The actual application effect shows that notonlythe high-quality steam supply capacity of units using the new medium-pressure regulating valve is greatly improved,but thewide range adjustment capability of units'thermal and electrical load from 40%THA to full load is improved.It has great economic,environmental and social benefits.
