摘要
针对我国目前采棉机摘锭需求量大、专用制造装备空缺、通用数控设备过剩、摘锭生产效率低且精度差等问题,以三轴立式数控加工中心为基础,以实现采棉机摘锭柔性制造为最终目的,对三轴加工进行改造,实现采棉机摘锭齿群多工位钩快速成型。同时,分析一机多工位数控加工的可行性,对多工位传动组件进行结构功能设计和控制设计,为采棉机摘锭加工柔性智能制造奠定基础。
To solve the problems of big demand of cotton picker,lack of special manufacturing equipment,surplus of general numerical control equipment,low efficiency and poor precision of spindle picking in China,the three-axis processing was reformed based on the three-axis vertical numerical control machining center and with the realization of the flexible manufacturing of spindle picking of cotton as the final purpose,and the multi position hook rapid forming of spindle picking teeth group of cotton picker was achieved.The feasibility of one machine multi-position NC machining was analyzed,and the structure and function design and control design of multi-position transmission components were carried out,which lays the foundation for the flexible intelligent manufacturing of cotton picking machine.
