摘要
铸坯加热温度及时间是轧制工艺中主要参数之一,通过探究65^(#)高碳硬线钢的加热行为,从而为65^(#)高碳硬线钢铸坯加热工艺的制定提供理论依据和技术指导。试验结果表明:随着加热温度的升高、保温时间的加长,其脱碳层深度逐渐增加;其晶粒尺寸与加热温度之间满足抛物线函数关系,在实验温度范围内加热时,晶粒尺寸随保温时间基本保持线性增大关系,在1000~1150℃加热温度,保温时间在30~90 min以内,没有发现晶粒异常长大现象。根据试验结果,并结合生产设备实际及控轧控冷工艺要求,制定出65^(#)钢加热温度工艺,较好地满足了65^(#)高碳硬线钢轧制生产要求。
Casting blank heating temperature and time are the main parameters in rolling process.By exploring the heating behavior of 65^(#)high carbon hard wire steel,the theoretical basis and technical guidance are provided for the formulation of casting blank heating process of 65^(#)high carbon hard wire steel.The results showed that for 65^(#)steel,with the increase of heating temperature and holding time,the depth of decarburization layer gradually increases;for 65^(#)steel,the relationship between grain size and heating temperature satisfies parabolic function.When heating in the experimental temperature range,the grain size basically keeps linear increasing with the holding time,when heating at the temperature of 1000 to 1150℃,No abnormal grain growth was observed within the holding time of 30 to 90 mins.The heating temperature process of 65^(#)steel is formulated according to the test results,combined with the actual production equipment and the requirements of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,which can better meet the rolling production requirements of 65^(#)high carbon hard wire steel.
