Objective:To study the effects of TCM foot bath plus nursing intervention on early diabetic foot. Methods:According to the time of admission,58 cases were divided into the single group(took comprehensive nursing intervention)and the combined group(received TCM medicine foot bath plus nursing intervention). Results:Before the intervention, the sensory and motor nerve speeds of the anterior tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve, and the ankle-brachial index of patients were not statistically different between the groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the sensory and motor nerve speeds of the anterior tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve in the combined group were faster than the single group, and the ankle-brachial index in the combined group was higher than that in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment, the total efficiency in the combined group was higher than the single group(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the IL-6 and TNF-αin the combined group were lower than the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine foot bath plus nursing intervention on early diabetic foot can improve the nerve conduction function of the lower limbs and the running state of the blood vessels of the feet, enhance the curative effects, and reduce the inflammation.
