摘要
研究了一种具有大降压比、低电压应力的双二次型DC-DC变换器。描述了该变换器的对称拓扑结构。对其工作模态和稳态特性进行详细分析,并给出了电路中各器件的电压应力。考虑到输入侧和输出侧不共地,对该变换器的共模电压进行了简要分析。基于SIMPLIS的仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。制作一台峰值效率为95.3%的700 W样机,并获得相关实验波形。实验结果表明该对称结构的变换器具有很强的降压能力,较低的器件电压应力和较高的变换效率。另外,输入地与输出地之间压差恒定,消除了由于不共地造成光伏储能系统中相应共模噪声传播的可能。
A dual quadratic voltage step-down DC-DC converter with large step-down ratio and low voltage stress is investigated.The converter topology with symmetrical structure is described.Operation modes and steady-state characteristics are analyzed in details,while various components voltage stress are listed.Considering no direct connection between grounds of input and output,common-mode voltage of converter is briefly analyzed.The theorectical analysis results are verified to be correct by simulation results based on SIMPLIS.A 700 W prototype with 95.3%peak efficiency is built and tested with related experimental waveforms snapshoted.The experimental achievements show that the symmetrical-structured converter has excellent voltage step-down capability,low component voltage stress and relatively high efficiency.Furthermore,voltage difference between grounds of input and output is constant,which eliminates the possibility of relevant common-mode noise propagation in photovoltaic energy storage system due to no direct connection between grounds of input and output.
