飞行训练过程中高载荷(+Gz)对飞行员心肌细胞损害的影响 被引量:2

The effects of high+Gz exposure on myocardial damage in pilots in flight training

摘要 目的:观察飞行员在飞行不同训练科目时高载荷(+Gz)对飞行员心肌细胞的损伤。方法:选13名男性飞行员飞行训练中完成特定飞行科目,训练科目最高+Gz可达6~7G,持续时间5~10s,训练当天及训练结束后第二日清晨分别留取受试者肘静脉血检测肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶MB型(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(Mb)、肌钙蛋白T(TnT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)观察前后的变化。结果:飞行员+Gz暴露后,肌酸激酶(CK)由(118.2±14.3)U/L明显高于飞行前(178.5±28.1)U/L;肌红蛋白(MB)由飞行前(55.09±2.26)ng/mL升高至飞行后(77.66±7.45)ng/mL;TnT暴露后在正常值范围内稍有升高,不具统计学意义。肌酸激酶同工酶MB型、乳酸脱氢酶无明显升高。结论:实际飞行训练时+Gz暴露对飞行员心肌细胞有损害。 Objective To explore the after effects of high+Gz exposure on myocardial damage in humans.Methods Select 13 male pilots in flight training to complete different flying course,high+Gz training course at up to 6~7G,maintain 5~10s.The serum myocardial enzymes that including creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),myohemoglobin(Mb),Troponin T(TnT),lactic acid dehydrogenase(LDH),were measured before and the next morning after ex posure.Results Blood CK level had increase,from(118.2±14.3)U/L to(178.5±28.1)U/L after high Gz exposure.Blood MB lever had icraese,from(55.09±2.26)U/L to(77.66±7.45)U/L after high Gz exposure.Blood TnT,CK-MB,LDH level was lower than normal level after+Gz exposure.Conclusion High GZ exposure during actual flight training can damage pilots’cardiomyocytes.
