基于ALOHA后果模拟的液氨泄漏事故应急策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 为减少液氨泄漏事故人员伤亡和财产损失,对液氨泄漏事故应急策略进行研究。本文以某化工厂为例使用ALOHA软件对该化工厂液氨泄漏后发生中毒和爆炸事故后果进行模拟,并通过MARPLOH对影响范围进行可视化处理。提出液氨泄漏事故现场警戒区划分原则和应急队伍安排策略,在综合考量该化工厂液氨泄漏引发的中毒事故和BLEVE事故情况下,对警戒区域进行划分并绘制出事故现场管制图。研究表明:液氨泄漏后前15min是周围人群避难疏散的关键时间段,以此可制定周围人群最优疏散方案。可以为同类型涉氨制冷企业和其他危化品企业的化学品泄漏事故应急策略提供可借鉴的研究思路。 In order to reduce casualties and property losses of liquid ammonia leakage accidents,the emergency strategies of liquid ammonia leakage accidents should be studied.Firstly,taking a chemical plant as an example,ALOHA software was used to simulate the consequence of poisoning and explosion accident after liquid ammonia leakage in the chemical plant,and the impact range was visualized by MARPLOH.The warning area division principles and emergency team arrangement strategies of liquid ammonia leakage accident site were proposed.On the basis of the comprehensive consideration of poisoning accident and BLEVE accident caused by liquid ammonia leakage of the chemical plant,the warning areas were divided and the control map of the accident site was drawn.The research results show that the first 15 minutes after the liquid ammonia leakage is the critical period for the evacuation of the surrounding crowds,so as to develop the optimal evacuation plan.The research results of this paper can provide reference research ideas for the emergency strategies of chemical leakage accidents of the same type of refrigeration enterprises involving ammonia and other hazardous chemical enterprises.
