摘要
针对激光微织构加工过程中运动平台与激光器联动精确控制问题,设计一种基于现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)的控制器及其上位机控制软件。FPGA接收上位机通过串口发送的指令并解析,完成对激光器和运动平台的联动控制。采用有限状态机的方式编写了平面点阵、平行槽及网纹形貌的微织构加工控制程序,其中平面网纹形貌的加工采用两轴联动方式代替插补方式。对各项功能进行仿真及实验测试表明该控制器可实现两轴联动,可完成指定平面微织构形貌的加工,其中网纹形貌微加工效率提升50%。
Aiming at the precise control of the motion platform and laser linkage in the laser micro-texturing process,a field programmable logic gate array(FPGA)-based controller and its host computer control software were designed.FPGA receives and analyzes the instructions sent by the host computer through the serial port to complete the linkage control of the laser device and the motion platform.The micro-texture processing control program of plane lattice,parallel grooves and reticulated topography was compiled by using the finite state machine method.The processing of planar reticulated topography adopts two-axis linkage mode instead of interpolation.Simulation and experimental tests on various functions show that the controller can realize two-axis linkage and can complete the machining of the specified plane micro-texture morphology,in which the efficiency of the micro-machining of the reticulated morphology is increased by 50%.
