摘要
结合国内运营中LNG接收站的低温管道保冷系统所出现的结冰、挂霜、滴水、长绿苔等现象和问题,分析了低温管道保冷结构失效的几类主要原因,提出了LNG接收站低温管道保冷状态在线检测的技术思路和方法。通过在某LNG接收站的工程应用,总结了保冷系统在线检测的关键技术要点,在线检测与评价的操作方法和技术程序。根据对LNG接收站的检测结果,识别出了需要进行及时修复和改造的保冷结构,因此认为本技术方法是适当和有效的。最后,建议对LNG接收站全厂保冷系统以一年为检测周期,定期、全面和量化地应用本技术方法进行在线无损检测,以提高LNG接收站低温系统的实际保冷效果,达到LNG接收站平稳运行、节能运行、经济运行的实际目标。
Combined with the phenomena and problems of icing,frosting,dripping and moss growing in cryogenic pipeline insulation system of LNG receiving terminal in domestic operation,several main reasons for the failure of insulation structure are analyzed,and the technical ideas and methods of on-line testing of cryogenic pipeline insulation state of LNG receiving terminal are put forward.Based on the engineering application in a LNG receiving terminal,the key technical points,operation methods and technical procedures of on-line testing and evaluation of the cold insulation system are summarized.According to the testing results of LNG receiving terminal,the cold insulation structure that needs to be repaired and reconstructed in time is identified,so this technical method is considered to be appropriate and effective.Finally,it is suggested that the on-line nondestructive testing of the whole plant cooling system of the LNG receiving terminal should be carried out periodically,comprehensively and quantitatively with one year as the testing cycle,so as to improve the actual cold insulation effect of the cryogenic system of the LNG receiving terminal and achieve the actual goals of stable operation,energy-saving operation and economic operation of the LNG receiving terminal.
