放牧条件下染氟绵羊肺脏、肾脏抗氧化指标测定与分析 被引量:1

Determination and Analysis of Antioxidation Indexes in Lungs and Kidneys of Sheep Exposed to Fluoride Under Grazing Conditions

摘要 通过对健康绵羊与染氟绵羊肺脏、肾脏组织抗氧化指标检测和分析,以期判断染氟绵羊肺脏、肾脏功能状况。根据绵羊临床症状结合牙齿状况分为健康组、轻微组和严重组3个组,每组5只,放血致死,采集肺脏、肾脏组织进行匀浆,立即进行抗氧化指标检测。结果显示:(1)在肺脏组织中,健康组的总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性比染氟绵羊高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。健康组绵羊谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于严重组绵羊(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量则显著低于严重组(P<0.05);(2)健康绵羊的肾脏组织的T-SOD、GSH-Px活性均显著高于染氟绵羊(P<0.05或P<0.01),而CAT活性和MDA含量则极显著低于染氟绵羊(P<0.01)。 In order to study the function of lung and kidney of sheep exposed to fluoride,the antioxidative indexes of lung and kidney were detected and analyzed.The sheep were divided into 3 groups according to the clinical symptoms and the condition of teeth.Five sheep in each group were euthanized,lung and kidney tissue were collected for homogenate,and antioxidant index was detected immediately.The results showed that:(1)In the lung tissue,the activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and catalase(CAT)in the healthy group were higher than those in the fluorinated group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in the healthy group was significantly higher than that in the severe group(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly lower than that in the severe group(P<0.05).(2)The activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px in kidney of healthy sheep were significantly higher than those in the fluorinated sheep(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the activity of CAT and the content of MDA were significantly lower than those of the fluorinated sheep(P<0.01).
