摘要
铁岭县立足本地优势,大力发展林业产业,通过采取政府积极引导、政策资金扶持、典型示范带动、科学技术注入、品牌战略推进、龙头建设牵动等有效措施,使林业产业得到迅猛发展。林业产值达6亿元。切实增加了林农收入,带动了其他林业产业的大发展。文章针对铁岭县特色经济林和林下经济及新型林业经营主体建设情况进行总结和分析,主要包括特色经济林总体发展成效、特色经济林和林下经济示范基地建设、新型林业经营主体发展状况以及存在的主要问题及措施建议,旨在促进林业产业向多元化、规模化、精深化发展,以实现产业效益的最大化。
Based on local advantages,Tieling County vigorously develops the forestry industry,and through effective measures such as active government guidance,policy funding support,typical demonstration drive,science and technology injection,brand strategy promotion,and leading construction influence,the forestry industry has achieved rapid development.The forestry output value reached 600 million yuan.It has effectively increased the income of forest farmers and promoted the great development of other forestry industries.This paper summarizes and analyzes the construction of characteristic economic forests and under-forest economy and new forestry management entities in Tieling County,mainly including the overall development effectiveness of characteristic economic forests,the construction of characteristic economic forests and under-forest economic demonstration bases,the development status of new forestry management entities,and the main existing problems and measures suggestions,aimed at promoting the diversified,large-scale,and in-depth development of the forestry industry in order to maximize industrial benefits.
