摘要
微观结构的研究是ZnO非线性压敏电阻制造行业的最基本的研究内容之一。笔者梳理了该领域的最新研究进展。共分2个方面:1)ZnO压敏电阻晶界微观精细物理结构的研究;2)ZnO压敏电阻晶界电子结构的研究。随着电子显微技术与其他现代发展起来的测试方法相结合,必将有力的推动ZnO非线性压敏电阻微观结构的研究发展,实现该领域的重大突破,有力地促进ZnO非线性压敏电阻制造技术的快速提升。
The micro physical structure research is the key field of ZnO nonlinear varistors manufacturing industry.The author summarizes the latest research progress in this field.It is divided into three aspects:1)the microscopic fine physical structure of ZnO varistors.2)formation process of micro fine physical structure of ZnO varistors.With the combination of electron microscopy and other modern test methods,the research on the micro physical structure of ZnO nonlinear varistors will be vigorously promoted,and a major breakthrough in this field will be achieved,which will effectively promote the rapid improvement of ZnO nonlinear varistors manufacturing technology.
