煤矿矿井水处理技术应用现状及前景分析 被引量:15

摘要 矿井水水质与地表水水质有明显差异,将矿井水净化处理后综合利用,既可避免矿井水外排造成的污染,又可以缓解矿区及周边地区供水不足的局面。分析了矿井水综合利用的必要性,介绍了含悬浮物、高矿化度、酸性、含特殊污染物矿井水等不同类型矿井水的处理技术。经过多年的技术研发和应用,煤矿矿井水处理技术日趋成熟,也存在处理效率低、处理成本较高等问题。针对煤矿矿井水的综合利用和矿井水交易,应出台相关政策给予支持和激励,建议通过税收优惠、财政补贴等方式以提高煤炭企业进行矿井水处理的积极性,从而综合提高矿井水的利用率。今后应加快矿井水处理技术研发及应用,提高自动化控制水平,结合用水需求结构建立合理的矿井水利用模式,健全矿井水标准体系。 The quality of coal mine water is obviously different from the surface water.The comprehensive utilization of coal mine water after purification treatment can not only avoid the pollution caused by mine water discharge,but also alleviate the situation of insufficient water supply in mining area and surrounding areas.The necessity of coal mine water utilization was analyzed,the treatment technologies of different types of coal mine water(such as coal mine waters which contains suspended solids,have high salinity,have acidity or contains special pollutants)were introduced.After years of research and application of coal mine water treatment technologies,the technologies have become increasingly mature,but there are also problems such as low treatment efficiency and high treatment cost.Regarding to the comprehensive utilization of coal mine water and mine water trade,it is suggested that tax preference and financial subsidies should be adopted to improve the enthusiasm of coal enterprises in coal mine water treatment,thus,the utilization rate of mine water could be increased.In the future,we should speed up the research and application of mine water treatment technology,improve the level of automatic control,establish a reasonable mode of coal mine water use combined with the structure of water demand,and improve the standard system of coal mine water.
