共享单车停放调蓄点规划设计研究--以上海市虹口区为例 被引量:3

摘要 研究了城市中心城区共享单车停放矛盾问题,针对轨道交通车站、商办节点等共享单车停放潮汐性和溢出特点显著的重要点位,提出了共享单车调蓄点解决方案。基于共享单车调蓄点的定义阐述,指出调蓄点具有的路内设置、服务共享单车、依托管理调度的特点,提出涵盖设施条件、需求条件和布局要求的调蓄点规划设计原则。以上海市虹口区为例,对停放矛盾突出点位进行了调蓄点规划设计,并对车辆调度路线进行了规划,从而实现非机动车停放设施在空间和时间上的使用均衡性。 This paper studies the parking problems of shared bikes in downtown area and proposes temporary storage lots for shared bikes around rail stations and commercial office nodes,which are featured by the tidal property and overflow of shared bikes.Based on the definition of the temporary storage lots of shared bikes,the paper proposes that the temporary storage lots have characteristics of road setting,serving shared bikes and relying on management,and puts forward the temporary storage lots planning and design principles from perspective of facilities,demand and layout.Taking Hongkou district as an example,the temporary storage lots of parking and dispatching routes are planned in order to realize the spatio-temporal balance of non-motor vehicle parking facilities.
